30 days to return
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging.
How to start
- Write to contact@lupeoro.com with your order number, the reason, and photos of the piece and its packaging.
- We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Once we receive the piece, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Every return has to be authorized before you send it. Pieces sent back without authorization cannot be refunded.
If it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong
That one is on us. Send photos and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full, shipping included. You do not need to send the damaged piece back unless we ask.
If the gold plating wears
Our pieces are gold plated (oro laminado) and, like any plating, the finish can wear with use. Even so — if within the first 30 days you see discoloration or obvious wear under normal use, write to us with photos and we will replace the piece (or refund you if it is out of stock). What we cannot accept
- Worn earrings, for hygiene reasons.
- Pieces showing wear, perfume residue or water damage.
- Returns outside the 30-day window.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the piece arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
