What are the pieces made of?
Gold plated (oro laminado) over brass, gold-tone stainless steel or gold finish over base metal. Every product page says which one. See Materials & Care.
Are the stones diamonds?
No. They are cubic zirconia (CZ), enamel or mother of pearl.
Can I get it wet?
Better not. Water, perfume and sweat speed up wear on the plating. Take it off to shower or swim.
What if it darkens?
Clean it with a soft dry cloth. If it happens within the first 30 days under normal use, write to us with photos and we will replace it.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $49 USD and over. Under $49: $8 USD flat.
How long does it take?
Dispatch location depends on the selected piece. Preparation and delivery estimates vary by item; made-to-order pieces require production time. Check the selected product and option, or email us before ordering if no estimate is listed. Tracking is sent by email.
Do I have to pay import duties?
No. They are already included in the price (DDP shipping). Nobody will charge you on delivery.
Do you ship to Mexico?
Not yet. We only ship within the United States.
Returns
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its packaging. Write to contact@lupeoro.com first.
What if it arrived damaged or wrong?
We replace it or refund you in full, shipping included. Send us photos.

Are the photos of the real product?
Yes. We use factory photos and our own photos of the exact piece we sell.
Does it include a chain?
It depends on the piece; the product page says so. If you do not see it, write to us before ordering.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we only sell online.
