Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Lupe Oro (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
We do our best to show our pieces accurately. Set stones and enamel vary slightly in colour, placement and finish — no two pieces are identical, and slight variation from the product photograph is normal for hand-set pieces, not a defect. Screen colours also vary between devices.
4. Nature of our products — important
Our products are decorative jewellery. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Any traditional, cultural or symbolic meanings referenced on this Site are provided for cultural and decorative interest only and are not claims of physical or psychological effect. If you have a health concern, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable import duties and taxes. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and we will refund you in full if we do.
7. Shipping and risk
Delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, photographs, designs, and the Lupe Oro name and marks — belongs to PUREPIX TECHNOLOGIES LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to use it to transmit malicious code.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
13. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
