Where your order ships from

Dispatch location depends on the selected piece. Preparation and delivery times vary by item and dispatch location; made-to-order pieces also require production time.

Check the selected product and option for its dispatch and delivery estimate. If no estimate is listed, contact contact@lupeoro.com before ordering. A dispatch estimate is not an arrival date.

Import duties, where applicable, are included (DDP). The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start showing movement — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. More destinations are coming.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email contact@lupeoro.com immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped it cannot be rerouted, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping charge.

Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email contact@lupeoro.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or refund it in full.
