What shipping costs
Free shipping on orders of $49 USD and over, anywhere in the United States.
Under $49, shipping is a flat $8 USD.
Duties and taxes
The price you see at checkout is the final price. Import duties are already included (DDP shipping) — the courier will not ask you for anything on delivery.
Where your order ships from
Dispatch location depends on the selected piece. Preparation and delivery times vary by item and dispatch location; made-to-order pieces also require production time.
Check the selected product and option for its dispatch and delivery estimate. If no estimate is listed, contact contact@lupeoro.com before ordering. A dispatch estimate is not an arrival date.
Tracking
You get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If 10 business days pass and it has not arrived, write to contact@lupeoro.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
Where we ship
For now we ship only to addresses inside the United States.
